Teacher Wishlist Request Form

The Foundation will review your request and upon approval, post your Wishlist items on the SHFE website to share with your parents and request donations. Once your item is fully funnded, the Foundation will make the purchase and deliver the item to you. If your item is not fully funded, the Foundation will consider fulfilling your request through our General Fund. Your request will be featured on the website and you can promote the items directly with your parents. It’s a wonderful program to make your classroom even more amazing.
